Adobe Reader

I can not down load Acrobat 8.0.2 because I get a message that says I am missing a set up from Acrobat 7.0.9. The entire message says the file is located at: C\Programs\adobe\Acrobat7\setup file\RdrBig709\ENU\Adobe Reader 7.0.9.msi

Can't down load version 8 and can't find version 7. What to do?

You can download any previous version of Reader you want from version 2 up through 7.0.9 here.

Not to mention previous versions of a lot of other programs also.

Alternatively use Foxit, has more features and is less trouble to use, particularly in Vista.

When you get the message from the version 8.X installer that it can't find Adobe Reader 7.0.9.msi go to "browse" and see if there's a new file folder in Acrobat 7.0/setup files/RdrBig709 named EMU_ that is newer than the one named EMU and you'll probably find the Adobe Reader 7.0.9.msi file in that folder.
