Ie has a popup like a avast warning and I have a strange homepage address and when I try and change it I can't I am trying to put yahoo as my homepage .
Is edge a safe browser? I don't like google. I have 8.1 Thanks! |

Why not try a different browser for awhile and see if you like it. If not, simply delete it and try another. Try Opera - pretty nice, and you can configure it to be how you want it. Firefox is another nice one, with like a zillion users. And if you're concerned about privacy and not seeing a load of adverts constantly, try Brave browser on for size.

I have been using https://www.slimjet.com/ for several years. It is a "clone" of the Google Chrome browser, but has several great features added to it. Well worth taking a look at.
