pc keeps rebooting

my pc just started to reboot all by itself. now it won.t start without rebooting. don't even have time to get into the bios before reboot. have replaced the ram and power supply. disconnected harddrive and all other devices. also removed all cards (sound,modem.etc). still keeps rebooting. no beeps, just case fan and processor fan fire up..is the motherboard fried?

List your pc specs. Is it a continuous boot loop or does the pc boot into windows?
