black screen only
hi, my asu’s laptop will not start up, l have tried holding power button down for 10secons this did nothing. google tells me to do stuff i can not do because l can not start the laptop, any help will be great fully accepted .

It could be a static issue.

started up again.
Thanks for that, after two days of faffing about it suddenly started up no idea what I did but seems fine again
