Unhappy cannot open program
Hi, there- I have a certain program that I cannot open. When I click on it, it just flashes on the screen and then disappears. I think I need to change my computer settings, but I'm not sure what to do. I have Windows XP home edition. Any suggestions? Thanks, LTav

The program may not have been installed properly. Try uninstall and reinstall the program.
