Lost Analog Recorder?

Thanks for taking a look.

I have a program on my computer, but I'm having difficulty starting it.
It's an analog recorder, part of the Microsoft Digital Media Plus! package.
I purchased it as a download from Microsoft a few years ago, and only used the analog recorder portion.
I was even willing to purchase it again, but it appears as if Microsoft has
discontinued it.

The usual desktop icon for Microsoft Analog recorder is missing.
I conducted a Search, found it, clicked on it, and got this error message:

Problem with Shortcut
The drive or network connection that the shortcut "Plus! Analog Recorder.Ink" refers
to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource
is available, and then try again."
