How do I get an image to rotate/spin like a fan in Windows Movie Maker 2012?

Look for animations at the top of the page, and then scroll down to Wheel.

I opened the animations. I saw the transitions for various blurs and Pan's but nothing for the wheel

What version of Movie Maker are you using? I can see the transitions when I first on my Movie Maker 2012 but when I import an image most of the transitions disappear leaving me only a choice of four (wheel is not one of the choices)

I'm using Windows 10 and had to download Windows Essentials 2012 to get it, because it doesn't come with Windows 10. I believe it's the Movie Maker 2012.

I just discovered the problem is with the single photo image. I created the video clip with eight still pictures. The "wheel" works with all of them except the first one. When I clip on the first photo various animation enhancements drop out but they reappear when I attempt to use the other photos.
I am using Win 10 and Movie Maker 2012. |

I just opened Move Maker and tried getting to the wheel animation by adding just one image and the same thing happened to me. I couldn't see most of the animations, but if I add more than one image everything is ok.
