PC needs to be repaired, File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe, error Code: 0xc000000e

Hi All, My wife's laptop h/d crashed so I put in another however when I tried to install a new Windows 10 it returned the winload error. The f8 or enter options do not work for me.
I wonder what to do to get this machine running again.
Dell Latitude E6430

Hi Jill,
roflmao..
We just did. I just get so frustrated with Windows problems that seem to need endless programs to sustain the system.
I am over it now though and nestled in the warm comfort of my Linux box...

New drive is 128 ssd been previously wiped of Win 10 using a Window10 install on a dvd disk but not getting to even start.
The error comes up first and no options other than enter or f8 neither of those did a thing.
The old drive is munted....
