Unhappy copying and pasting resumes

Everytime I go online I try to do online applications and when they tell me to copy and paste my resume I am not able to do so because I am not sure how to do so.

Hi there. If they are wanting this, your resume will probably need to be in plain text format (they may accept RTF - rich text format - which allows a little formatting).
Basically you open the resume.txt file in Windows notepad, press Ctrl-A to select all, Ctrl-C to copy all, then select the text box on the submission form and press Ctrl-V to paste all the text.
