I got 5 records today...

1) Santana - Zebop
2) Rolling Stones - Flowers (This one is in Mono)
3) The Grateful Dead - Skeletons from the closet (Best of)
4) The Grateful Dead - Aoxomoxoa
5) Jackson Browne - Hold Out

...and I also got the movie SOYLENT GREEN (1973) on VHS

I got 2 concerts today on VHS!!

1) AC/DC live @ donington (8/17/91)
2) Aerosmith live @ texxas Jam 78 (7/4/78)

There were a few other ones I might have liked but they were DIGITALLY COMPROMISED and I dont want that crap........

1) Led Zeppelin - 4th album
2) The Best of the Doors (1973 release)
3) Aerosmith - First album
4) Judas Priest - Defenders of the faith

.......and a VHS tape

1) The Cure - Staring at the sea . the images

I've thrown out all my Vinyl records along with my Cassettes, VHS and Beta Tapes together with the couple of wax cylinder recordings. However I'm working on a white noise generator along with a clicks and plops generator and an HF attenuation filter so that the old sounds can be reproduced from CD and DVD sounds.

This should keep the enthusiasts happy,

I last got a record yesterday

A 78: The 12 days of christmas/Twas the night before christmas (I have 2 other 78s of this 2nd one by different people)

Both of these I got yesterday are by Perry Como

Today I got a Double Album

Tommy - The who (Original Decca pressing)

I also have Quadrophenia and its awesome as well!!!! (Also a double)

I think the NEWEST material I like from the who is thier 1981 album titled "Face Dances" which I have on cassette........


Some bands were good in the 80s but some were good earlier and THE WHO was insane from when they started thru the 70s!!

I love all thier stuff from 1980 and earlier (Paradise theater is probably thier last GOOD album) -- I dont care for kilroy,etc..........
