First off,

Turn your PC back, to it's normal up right position.
The bottom vent on the case is only the air intake for the Power Supply.
Thus, your making the insides of the case hotter.

2nd,
Breakout the Manual, that should of came with this computer.
It should have all the Spec's.
If not, Did you get A CD-Rom Disk, or a USB Stick, that has on it.
The Manual in a PDF format, Driver's, OS, Extra software.
Note: If the computer was already setup, ready to run.
It would of gave you the option to make a Recover Disk, USB Stick,
when you started the computer for the first time.
I've looked at the cyberpowerpc website, they have no downloadable manuals for any of the systems they build.
Only the quick setup guide.

3rd,
I looked up a memory seller.
They show the type of memory your system uses.
And what is the maximum amount of memory it will take.

As Digerati said: Simply upgrading the memory will have little effect on the power draw to your power supply.

4th,
Until you know what the Wattage of the Power Supply is.
I can not recommend any type of fan.
I've looked at some videos regarding the CyberPower PCGamer Xtreme systems, and they show a 600Watt (80+ Gold) Apevia Power Supply.
If that is the case with your system, then I'd say go ahead and replace the fans with better ones.
