Outlook Signatures
We would like to have a pictures on our signature but don’t want to send an attachment every time we sent out an e-mail, I try to HTML code the signature so that it’s pulling the picture from the web but that didn’t work is there any other way of doing it.

Welcome to CTH
If you are talking about OUTLOOK and not Outlook Express then: Go to TOOLS | OPTIONS | MAIL FORMAT Under signatures click the signature button. Do your signature in a word processing program e.g., MS Word with the picture you want. Now hit NEW. You can do two things, say using word create a template then check use this template and browse to it. Or you can cut and paste the signature from the word document into the space for the signature. |

yep I know how to create a signature, and i did use word to create my signature. I put a picture in the signture but when i send an e-mail with this signature to anyone, they get an attachment of the picture that i put on my signture without me attaching it to the e-mail. Is there any way of sending my signature that has the picture in an e-mail without having an attachment genarating itself
