Adobe CS2 - Set to print CURRENT page by default?

I am looking for a way to set Adobe CS2 apps to print only the current page by default.

I have too many users in my office printing hundreds of pages by accident because the default print options are to print ALL pages.

Can this be done easily somehow, or perhaps using a VBA macro or something?
