You need to be careful with the accuracy of data on sites like this.
A few years ago, a gentleman named Peter Files was dragged from his car and almost kicked to death, before police managed to rescue him.

Ya sites like this just put those people AT RISK and I dont think they should be endangeroured after they do thier time,dunno........
