Random question(hope you don't mind)

What do you do when you know something bad for you but you still can't let go? A)Would you go into rehab? B)Set it on fire? C)Knock if down a flight of stairs while no one is around? D)Walk away and eventually come back to stab it? OR E)None of the above. If you chose option "E" then tell me what you would do.
