Cannot open Internet Explorer

Hi can someone please help me to find out why Internet Explorer 8 won't open. I sent it away recently to get the wireless connection fixed,before that IE worked fine but now nothing, it says....

I can connect with Google chrome and receive email, no problem but would prefer IE 8, here is my hijack this log, thanks in anticipation.
