[Windows XP] BOOTMGR is Compressed. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

I have a new netbook and I did something really stupid, In My Harddrive

let it go through like 2 percent, but when i restarted
my netbook for an update for a program, it said bootmanager was compressed?
press control alt, delete, to restart computer, and it does that each and
everytime i got turn my netbook on, is there ANY way if fixing this WITHOUT Going To A Professional, as it is a netbook I have no Optical Drive in order to boot from disc? Please Help
