Goes batty tring to figure this out!

What does this mean ----> This folder does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel.

Hello what this means is that the file or folder you are trying to open there is no association basically nothing there to run the application you are tring to run software that can run the particular item. what kind of ending does it have. usual files have a name then .suffix such as .doc, .exe, or .exl so on

hmmm maybe this will give ya further guidance

hmm not sure it doesn't give me an ending like exe etc . it just pops that up and wont let me into anything. Even if I look at the path to it, it shows everything..Its like a wall is blocking between the program opening . I just fixed 65 problems last night on this to with windows regostry repair and it got it to this point which is better than how it was be4.. Be4 it was missing the rundll.exe and all the shortcut paths were saying "open this file with? and I would be able to go into it by right clicking and finding the path then going through the motions to get it to work like that it took a long time.. But at least then I could get everything to work in its entirety.

You may have to setup log yourself from folder options (or right-click open with...)

I went into that site and got the exe association and now all the link work and everything opens up hugzzs ty ty. It has been messed up for like 3 weeks...I ran the windows registry repair pro that I bought for 10 dollars last nite and this combo with that saved me from taking my computer to the repair shop ty
