New Vista PC Guide?
Years ago when I got my very first PC with XP on it, I found a website that listed all the things that *most* of us geeks like to disable and tweak. I no longer can find that website. Poor Googling and a loss of my bookmarks a year ago.
Does anyone know of such a site or reference that might exist for Vista? |

Only a very silly person would answer his own forum question.
http://www.blackviper.com/index.html I found it. And in a matter of minutes too. I've googled for the last three weeks, searched every 'backup' cd I had for a set of bookmarks that had it in there and nothing. And within 5 minutes of posting here a friend messaged me via IM and said that he *thinks* he found the link I was looking for. I had emailed it to him a while ago when he first installed XP. Imagine that! Well then, maybe then start a discussion of the tweaks that *you* find yourself doing to your fresh copy of Vista. |

I found one site - TweakVista.com I have a few tutorials and a bit of info on Vista on my site. If you have any suggestions I'll try to find time to add them. Last edited by Pi rules; March 28th, 2007 at 01:36 AM. |
