Yes Internet Explorer 11 is there and it's checked. I downloaded the link you gave me so next time it happens I will install that way. So far it's been OK. It seems this computer I just built is a little quarky

t's happening again. It's good for a while, then it screws up. I don't know why this is happening.

Uninstall that damn IE11 from the Control Panel, and then go to that link with the download I gave you, and see if installing the standalone one helps.

I can't find it in the control panel. I have to actually use the command line to uninstall it.
I will try using the standalone next.
